Vicki is the Operations Manager for Markel Financial Services and began working with Steve and the firm in August 2013. She grew up on a dairy farm in Pennsylvania and graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Business Management. Vicki also has her life and health insurance license. As the Operations Manager, Vicki manages Steve’s calendar, maintains the client database, processes paperwork, handles service requests, coordinates client communications and is responsible for handling the day to day administrative duties of the office. Vicki resides in Dacula, Georgia with her husband and two sons. She enjoys cooking, gardening, camping, and spending quality time with her family. Vicki is also a Committee Member in her sons’ Boy Scout Troop. Vicki is not registered with Woodbury Financial Services, Inc.
